Red Bull Racing has announced Isack Hadjar will miss the Dutch Grand Prix.
According to the Red Bull camp, Hadjar sustained a wrist injury during a training session over the summer break.
Surprisingly, Max Verstappen’s former teammate and current Red Bull reserve driver Yuki Tsunoda will not be taking the seat at Red Bull this weekend.
Racing Bulls’ Liam Lawson has been asked to step up to the plate, with Tsunoda instead taking the empty spot at Racing Bulls.
This will be Lawson’s first full weekend with the Red Bull team since his sudden departure from the team in 2025.
Funnily enough, this is the second time Red Bull has had to make a last-minute driver switch at this race due to a wrist injury.
Back in 2023, after Daniel Ricciardo broke his wrist during practice, Lawson stepped into the AlphaTauri to make his Formula 1 debut.
The Kiwi will be looking to impress this weekend as he searches for a pathway back up the grid.
